El objetivo es fomentar el conocimiento sobre la donaci\u00f3n de sangre, que es de vital importancia, y adem\u00e1s incentivar a un estilo de vida saludable. Junto con tus amigos o compa\u00f1eros de trabajo puedes caminar o correr los 5 o 10 kil\u00f3metros de la carrera. Si os apunt\u00e1is con un equipo de m\u00ednimo 5 personas os invitamos a un picnic despu\u00e9s. Tambi\u00e9n ofrecemos una carrera infantil, <i>Lilla Blodomloppet<\/i>, en todas las ciudades.
